What To Expect At Your Visit

We’ve made some changes to allow for a smoother visit for you and your pet.
For your convenience, doctor appointment spots for the entire day will now be available during morning check-in hours (see check-in times below). After check-in, we will provide you with an estimated wait time for the doctor to see your pet. If you live nearby, we encourage you to return home to wait with your pet. We will call you when the doctor is ready to see your pet.

Monday - Friday:
Check-in in begins at 8:00 AM
Doctors start seeing patients at 9:00 AM
Saturday:
Check-in begins at 7:30 AM
Doctors start seeing patients at 9:00 AM
Sunday:
Check-in begins at 9:30 AM
Doctors start seeing patients at 10:00 AM

New Clients
If your pet has prior medical records & vaccines, please email them to: communityveterinaryhospital@gmail.com. Include your first & last name and your pet's name in the subject line.
Medication & Food Pick-Up:
Please allow 24 hours notice for medication and prescription diet refills. You may leave a message on the night recording or call during office hours. We will call you when your medication is ready. When you arrive, come inside and check-in with our client service representatives. We will assist you as quickly as possible!
Emergencies During Business Hours:
If your pet has a medical emergency during business hours, call ahead to alert us (714) 537-5390. We will come to your car to assist with your pet if needed.
After Hours Emergencies:
If your pet has a medical emergency when we are closed, please call the Orange County Emergency Pet Clinic at (714) 462-1829.
