Dr. Yuen Chan joined our team at Community Veterinary Hospital in 2022. She received her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, CA. Prior to veterinary school, Dr. Chan attended University of Washington and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology (Physiology). In addition to her experience as an associate veterinarian, Dr. Chan has worked as a relief veterinarian and veterinary technician, giving her a well-rounded skill set.
Dr. Chan is a member of Southern California Veterinary Medical Association and California Veterinary Medical Association. Dr. Chan is bilingual, speaking both English and Chinese (Cantonese). She strives to be thorough in her approach to treatments, is enthusiastic about educating clients, and is passionate about giving excellent care to animals.
